Creative Sports Coaching offer fitness classes and individual 1 to 1 and/or group personalised sessions that will help you to reach your target and goals. With our dedicated and passionate trainers, we will help you to implement the change you are looking for.

Staying motivated can always be a challenge, but with the support of Creative Sports Coaching trainers you will find the perfect way to keep active and have fun.

Whatever you are looking to achieve we will help you with SMART goal settings that will have lasting impact and change.

Our sessions are tailored to suit all fitness levels, from all ages and really bring the social support needed to make the sessions enjoyable and impactful for everyone.

Sessions will run weekday mornings and on a Saturday morning in venues in Central and South Bedfordshire.

1 to 1 bespoke personal training sessions and/or small group workouts can be arranged through booking your place now. All sessions will be arranged to suit session attendance and availability and specific personal targets/goals.
